there is sand in my bra which is confusing due to the fact i wore two layers on top and don’t make a habit of wriggling about on my front in the sand

saw a white bellied sea eagle this morning so amazing!!

i went to another beach and it was so beautiful but i couldn’t take any photos due to a strange abundance of bald fat men in speedos dotting the landscape

i’ve obtained a pretty amazing bruise on the side on my elbow from cracking it on something. i may be accident prone to some extent and i expect ill be a very dramatic elderly woman who abuses the fall risk button
