I'm done being an adult.

I want to be babied so badly right now.

Take away my phone, take away my adult privileges, don’t give in when I want them back. You know what’s best.

Put me in a diaper, stick a bottle with chocolate milk in my mouth, and lay me down between your legs. Run your fingers through my hair or pet my cheek, always making sure to constantly have a hand on me.

Either let me watch my favorite littlespace movies or play lullabies so I slowly drift into a toddler-like headspace.

I just want my big girl brain to turn off for a long while.

•Help with tying their shoes

•Talk to and/or for their stuffies (give their stuffies personalities)

•Participate in any planned tea parties possible

•Encourage their little space (ex. “do you wanna be little for me, baby?” “i would love to hold my little one!”)

•Help pick out their clothes for the day, make sure to include their favorite little space outfits as well

•Find out what nicknames trigger their little space

•Ask them what sound various animals make, praise them when they get it right

•Learn their favorite movies for little space, let them pick from the list

•Always, always, ALWAYS, congratulate their art work
