I saw that "dissecting beautiful things" was one of Fabio's interests and someone mentioned that, because he likes to draw, it may help him capture the subject anatomically.

I immediately thought of a spread board for insects/bugs/arachnids and how he'd probably enjoy that hobby.

I am having so much fun drawing this guy, and hoooooooooly Sothis, he is TALL. Bro probably endures bird-strike regularly 😂

Fabio is relaxed and enjoying whatever is happening at the table, maybe food, drink, or a boardgame (or some mix of the three) meanwhile, OC is trying not to make an ass of herself.

She is a high charisma build with absolutely no ability to rizz up anyone. You gotta wonder how that even happens... ANYWAY!

I am completely fascinated by Fabio and I really, really, really hope they don't screw him over. He's my favorite character so far!

So, I recently learned that glass eyes can come in different colors and patterns! I saw someone showing their collection on TikTok and was fascinated by all the cool designs I saw.

I don't know if Fabio has a lazy eye or a glass eye, but I gave him a glass eye in this piece because I wanted him to have one that shares the colors of dark magic. Also, I think it's really cool to take the loss of an eye and turn it into a form of self expression.

Long story short, I made an OC 18 years ago and she was a shameless self insert I used to interact with my favorite media. My friends did the same and I made silly comics and drawings for us that helped us get through hard times when we were growing up.

My OC has taken on her own story, traits, and arc over the years and she is now the persona that I interact with the internet through!

I have created a home brew DnD campaign based on our childhood adventures so that the players can explore their favorite worlds from various media and interact with their favorite characters all over again. It's basically a big choose your own adventure crossover fanfic lol

I'm having a fantastic time and it feels like a nice way to honor something that made life more bearable when we were just kids trying to make it to another day.

I'm 18 years older than I was back then, but at heart I'm still the same nerdy kid who loves all the same media with all her soul. So, this one is for our younger selves! I'm happy I'm still here and I'm happy to give new life to old adventures.

EXTRA INFO ABOUT JANE AND VIVI:

In the DnD campaign, Jane adopted Vivi and made him her ward a couple years before the campaign began.

They are close and consider each other family. He sees her like a mom and she treats him as she would a son.
