I've been making a list of things that help when I'm stressed, worried, doomscrolling, etc. and I figured I'd share it, one little drawing at a time.

Sometimes when my friends are nice to me (or when I do something nice for them), I see a little animation in my head of a rainbow that ends in the word friendship. Today, I tried to recreate it as a painting.
