You gotta make peace with being on bad terms with people you still care about, and also make peace with situations where you knew you did no wrong but was painted as the bad guy anyway. Shit hurts, but it’s life

Healing taught me that honesty wouldn't ruin a real thing. Speaking about your feelings won't lose you anything worth having. Setting boundaries won't scare off proper people. & authenticity won't cost you genuine relationships.

Everyone is going to have a summer of self discovery whether they like it or not

If you believe it will work, you’ll see opportunities. If you don’t, you’ll see obstacles.

For one month make every decision based on your dream self. The hottest, most successful, happy version of you. Would that person make excuses? Would they not be taking care of them self? Would that person watch tv on the couch all day, or scroll mindlessly on their phone all day? Would that person allow others to disrespect them or prioritize others? No, they wouldn't. Start acting like the best version of yourself. Like the person you want to become for 30 days straight and see how much your life will change.

I’ve never done any kind of “30 day challenge” before, but this is THE ONE I’m definitely going to do. ✨
