I always come back when I need to feel and lately as in the last few years I don't really feel. I used to feel so deeply sometimes I felt crazy but now sometimes I feel nothing or can't tell if I feel at all and find I also feel crazy. interesting how they happens right?

I used to be so violently emotional not things are so subdued and contained and even though in the outside it's super composed in kind of like the broccoli in the middle of jello.

I am definitely shaking but boy am I not budging. life is strange I'm less sad and less lonely and don't wanna die. but sometimes those feelings try to surface and I don't actually indulge them it feels like hugging a small child attempting to throw a tantrum.
