Left: 157 lbs and my only exercise was straight cardio (running 15-20 miles a week) Right: 172 lbs with 4 days of lifting and practice days as my cardio. The girl on the left had never lifted more than a 20lb dumbbell and was terrified of free weights. The woman on the right can bench press 50lb dumbbells, deadlift 310lbs, bench press 200lbs, leg press 450lbs, and squat 260lbs. I've never been happier, healthier or more confident in my life. The only downfall: my arms don't fit in my blazers or button downs anymore and I've ripped the seams of several pairs of pants...#timehop #progress #workhard
