This was an amazingly convenient experience I would recommend for anyone who have a long or overnight layover in Narita Airport.

Here is a quick featurette of the luggage storage and coin lockers located in Haneda International Airport, during my layover in Japan. These storage areas are located at the 2nd and 3rd floor arrival and check in lobbies of the airport. Easily accessible as you enter Haneda Airport and useful if you have some time to kill before checking into your flight. I used the 24 hour manned Baggage Storage at the 2nd floor close to where the shower stations are. I had with me a 29" rolling luggage and a duffle bag. Since both were considered medium in size, each bag was ¥500 yen or roughly around $5.00 each. I had about 8 hours to spare before my flight and I didnt want to drag my bags around so having them stored was perfect. There are also coin lockers located in the 2nd and 3rd floor areas and the max use would be for 7 days. They have a handy yen coin changing machine in each locker station for you to use. At the video I placed my largest suitcase against the ¥500 Large locker for comparison and it seems like they will fit. If you however have bigger and bulkier items like a stroller or musical instruments, it is best to used the manned storage kiosks. They also offer luggage delivery straight to your hotel if you are staying in Tokyo which is located at the 2nd floor area, just across from the coin lockers, BIC Camera store and restrooms. Im hoping to do another Tokyo trip to document the use of the coin lockers in either Haneda or Narita. I hope this guide is useful to those traveling into Haneda Airport.
