You can access the Mezzanine floor going to Manille Wellness Spa through the short flight of stairs at the back of the building. They are open daily from 12:00nn to 10:00pm.

The journey will be well worth it once you step inside this relaxing abode where your stress and worries fade away. It was just my first time visiting Manille Wellness Spa but I already felt quite at home with its calming ambiance.

Wooden floors and interiors together with colorful lamps remind me of luxury spas in five-star hotels, but I have to remind myself that I am actually in Greenhills.

Manille Wellness Spa has several private massage rooms which can accommodate solo guests and couples. You can choose from different types of treatments from traditional massages to body scrubs and foot spas.

They also have a shower room if you want to take a quick shower before your treatment session.

Before our massage even started, they gave us this warm neck pillow to relieve our stress and relax our minds while we were waiting at the reception area. I've never had a massage that started this way so I was sure this was going to be extra special.

Guests will have to sign an information sheet and waiver form so that the staff will know if you have allergies or problematic areas that need more attention.

You also get to choose your own scent and oils for your treatment. I really like this option because having the right aroma plays a big part in making the treatment as relaxing as possible.

My husband and I got ready for our Manille Signature Massage inside our own couple's room. This is their signature treatment which offers a soothing massage that blends warm herbal compress with the therapeutic touch of hilot. This fusion eases muscle tension, improves circulation, and restores your body's natural balance.

The treatment actually starts with a foot massage to warm up our bodies and get us ready on our journey. My foot was soaked in warm water while applying gentle strokes.

Then it was time to change into our bathrobes while waiting for our therapists to return. The Manila Signature Massage is available for 60 minutes (P1,250), 90 minutes (P1,500), or a blissful 120 minutes (P1,800).

I believe I am an expert when it comes to spas, and I have to say that this was one of the best massages I have ever had. It felt like I was having a treatment at one of the luxury hotel spas in the city.

My therapist was so good in making me feel comfortable all throughout the session with her precise strokes and movements. My body was so relaxed and I really wanted it to go on forever.

Thankfully, Manille Wellness Spa is not so far from my residence so I can come back here any time I want. Their prices are also quite reasonable compared to the other hotel spas I visit, so I'm sure I will be back here very soon. Go and have a relaxing escape at Manille Wellness Spa. I highly recommend it!
