Also, that’s literally what radfems criticize. Our reproductive organs aren’t objects we possess, they are us. We are our bodies. Down with that separation between body and mind or body and soul. I’ve never in my life been catholic, been to a catholic church service, or even been inside of a catholic church building. I’m loudly agnostic. 

- Lactose intolerance is not a dairy allergy. You can, should, and hopefully will continue consuming dairy with lactose. You actually NEED lactose to fight lactose intolerance. If you cut it out of your diet completely then your sensitivity will increase. This is the big one that vegans will lie to you about. One actually tried to convince me that lactose was killing my body. No, it’s not a dairy allergy.

- This one is probably fairly obvious but you don’t need to stop drinking cow’s milk to avoid lactose in your milk. Lactose free milk is a thing and there’s lactaid pills you can take. 

- Lactose intolerance isn’t “because you’re not a baby cow” like vegans like to say. It’s because your body doesn’t produce enough lactase and can’t digest lactose. It’s extremely common in people of colour with upwards of 90% of Asian people having it. It’s less common in northern Europeans which might go a ways towards explaining why white vegans as a whole know very little about it and seem to mistake it for a dairy allergy.

- Lactose is found in non dairy foods like some breads, processed meats, cereals, chips, medications, etc. And certain dairy products have higher or lower concentrations. Butter has a stupid low amount for example. And everyone’s tolerance is different.

- The average LT person can have 12 grams of lactose per sitting. You’ll likely be able to have more if it’s consumed with a large meal. 

- Obviously I’m not saying you should consume any kind of dairy, with or without lactose, if you have a dairy allergy. This is just a post about lactose intolerance. Why are you telling me that I’m someone trying to kill you by recommending what I have for managing LI because you have a dairy allergy? That would be like if someone with severe asthma accused scientists of trying to kill them by recommending the general public get plenty of exercise. I have a penicillin allergy. Do you think the entire US military is trying to murder me personally because they require penicillin injections? Or, like the US military, are you capable of accepting that some people are exempt to such rules due to other conditions? The military does not give you the penicillin shot if you are allergic. Why do you think I’d expect you to consume dairy products if you have a dairy allergy?

Having a customer who is a doctor at this hospital means I won’t have to worry about if I’ll be allowed to get tested for COVID-19 or not if my cold symptoms get worse.

It also means I don’t have to go to an actual hospital or clinic for care. No waiting in line, no sitting next to sick people, and no copays. He met up with me last night for no other reason than to check my temperature, throat, and breathing. All while I’m not actually having to go to work but am still getting sent money for sending people nude photos that, in several cases, I took weeks and even months ago. 

But I’m sure all y’all radfems are SO HAPPY to be in your empowering, well respected retail jobs where you have little to no insurance coverage and you are being forced to work and expose yourselves to COVID-19 for minimum wage when you, your children, your significant others, and/or your family members are elderly or immunocompromised and you aren’t able to afford to take them or yourselves to a doctor if - when - you get sick.
