Reading Challenge 2018
Hi there!Â
This year is just starting, and what better way to start than to set goals for 2018? I invite all of you to participate in this READING CHALLENGE 2018. The purpose of this is to encourage people to read more and if possible for them to fall in love with it.Â
Share this post so even more people can get into the challenge!
So without further ado here are the rules:
#1: Read at least 1 book per month within the month’s category.
That’s it! As simple as that, and of course if you want to, you can also upload or submit a post containing:
The book you chose for the month* (obligatory)
The reason why you chose it
A small review of what you though of it (No spoilers!)
Tag it with #ReadingChallenge2018 so we can keep track of them!* (obligatory)
CATEGORIES (under the cut)
Come on you can still join! Even if its just for some of the months!
January: Reading Challenge
A book you own but haven’t read before
For this month’s challenge I read Geekerella.
I chose it because I’ve always loved Cinderella stories (not just the original but all those they make like another cinderella story and so on), and also one of my favorite books is Fangirl and this book seemed like the perfect combination of both.
It turned out I was right, it was an awesome combination of the stories I loved plus the perspective of the Prince which I think adds a lot to the story!
This book has now become my favorite book and I’m sure I’ll re-read it soon again!
Reading Challenge January
A book you own but haven’t read yet.
Okay so for the first month I decided to read Cinder by Marissa Meyer since I’ve had that book for almost a year now and I hadn’t read it before although I had heard so many good things about it!
And I loved it đź’• I finished in a day and had to run to the bookstore to buy the rest of the series because I needed to know what happened next!!
Anyway I’m excited for next month’s challenge! Who else wants to participate?
That's awesome
We are almost to the end of January!
How are you doing with the first challenge? Have you finished?
