“Eagles fly alone.” Don’t let solitude and separation scare you. Sometimes, all it takes to dismiss fear and the chaos going on in your mind is you distancing yourself from the world around you & paying attention to the world inside of you. be still & listen to what YOU are trying to tell yourself!!

understand that to elevate in life your separation is required.

your perception of you is the only perception that matters!! you are the only person that will ever truly know who you are, so take care of yourself .. stop letting what people choose to see you as affect who you KNOW YOURSELF TO BE! why do we do this to ourselves? we have to stop letting the opinions of others put us in bad spaces. opinions are overrated, they are everywhere, everyone has them & for whatever reason, most of them are negative but think of it this way:

may the words i speak fall into the ear of the universe and become so 🤞🏾❤️💫

today i speak strength over every source of energy surrounding and connected to me.

i speak love, peace & unity.

i speak understanding, creativity, originality, ingenuity, wisdom, knowledge and the ability to dare to dream.

i speak to our hearts as they give us all that we need to love unconditionally & passionately. may they fill us with sincerity, kindness, compassion and love for ALL.

may they reject hate, fear, and envy.

i speak to our minds may they be renewed and refreshed, may they fill us with determination and drive to chase what we long for, always becoming more open and free.

may they neglect negativity and explore a better way. may they reject fear, depression and anything that could be unhealthy, in all forms.

i speak life, strength and the ability to properly-function over every organ, cell, blood vessel, nerve, muscle, joint, duct, vein etc..

may we all stay in good health, may we love all of creation (beings, animals, trees) & live a beautiful life.

let us treat each other as special as we all are. neglect a history of jealousy, hate, envy, selfishness, greed & all traits, thought patterns and learned behavior that steer us away from life’s true purpose.

you are beautiful!! beyond your body type and the marks on your skin, beyond your boob size & the size of your butt. beyond what you APPEAR to be.

most people these days show no interest in what goes beyond how a person looks.. how a person looks should hold no value, if you ask me, it is the least of things. i do not want to be loved for my looks, there is always someone that exceeds, with a smaller nose or a more appealing body structure.

if today was your last day & tomorrow was too late would you be satisfied with your last day on earth or even deeper, your life?

i woke up with this on my mind & i always tell myself that im gonna live everyday of my life, until the day i close my eyes, without fear and limitations. i try to always be kind and smile atleast twice a day lol. 😃 no regrets, no what-if’s, no unsurety!!

feels like we’re running out of time & if today were to be my last day i would be completely ok with it! i have made peace with my past and the person i am in this moment cannot be moved. ❤️👈🏾

you can be whoever you want to be, the world is yours. YOUR WORLD IS YOURS. you create whatever you want to manifest in your life.. basically, only YOUR thoughts & opinions can affect you. so why let the opinions and views of other people move you? why be insecure, depressed & beating yourself up because you are not someone’s cup of wine 🤬 there are a lot of people in this beautiful world that will accept you & love you for YOU! beyond your flaws & your weird, introverted, naggy, annoying-ness!! beyond your pimples and skinny body, beyond your stomach rolls and double chin & beyond your uncombed hair and unmade face...NAKED! but it stars with you! you gotta love yourself or nobody will ❤️

sometimes we discredit & under-appreciate ourselves because we see our potential but it is so far beyond us. we lose sight of what’s important and get lost in self-doubt.

every time i progress forward, i somehow find myself being thrown back... i should probably be upset but i know that all things are coming together for my good so i submit! instead of being upset, i use this time to reflect & allow the universe to reveal things to me.

there is nothing wrong with being thrown back a few steps, maybe you’re not quite ready for what the next level brings.

there is nothing wrong with being stagnant, it gives you time to reflect on what you’ve learned and to solely focus on you.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with progressing at a slower pace than usual, take your time. everything will work out for you!!

life update: currently in a space where i do not know what my next move is gonna be or where life is about to take me, so i wait.

my brain is blank, i haven’t had a creative idea in 5 days & honestly, i have lost enthusiasm for everything i was excited about.. but i know there is something big in the works!!
