how about this: when i was 9 and my stepdad beat me until i passed out and i told my friends at school, my teacher over heard and i was interviewed by cps. they also went to my house when i was at school. when i got home, my step father was waiting on the couch, and told me who visited him that day. he told me if i ever snitched again he would beat me to within an inch of my life.

how about this: my mother locked me out of the house when i was 14 and when i cried so loud the neighbors called the cops, the cop told me i should have been respectful of my mother who was trying to sleep.

how about this. the demon you know is less scary than the demon you don’t.

children in abused households are raised to fear the idea of being taken away. children in abusive households see that help makes things worse.

1. Inej- knows what she’s talking about, very socially conscious and has reasonable ideas about justice and legitimate action.

2. Wylan- keeps updated on politics and actually understands what’s going on.

3. Nina- has a pretty good sense of how government works but her answer to everything would be probably assassination. Comments “direct action” whenever mercher’s get robbed by other gangs.

4. Jesper- tells everyone he believes in the political party of “be gay do crime.” Actually has some smart opinions if he’s being serious, especially for social aspects. Also, fuck imperialism!

5. Kuwei- has ZERO idea of how politics work and doesn’t want to know. He learned “be gay do crime” from Jesper. Also says “eat the rich” at least once a day.

6. Kaz- was almost killed by Inej when he said “I’m socially liberal but fiscally conservative.” Doesn’t care that they’re intrinsically linked. Definitely a libertarian.

7. Matthias- okay he’s trying but we all know he says offensive shit a lot.

8. Pekka- thinks he understands politics and speaks over everyone about it, but he definitely knows nothing. Makes fun of political correctness. Thinks he’s edgy but is actually a capitalist tool.

9. Jan Van Eck- ugh I cannot even imagine how horrible this conversation would be. Greedy, likes to fuck over poor people and exploit other countries…he’s probably a GOP congressman

10. Jarl Brum- disgusting. Goes out of his way to be controversial and calls people snowflakes.
