apparently today is this blogs ten year birthday!! what a journey

cant believe its been ten years of bad posts, stupid discourse, and terrible denim concoctions 😌

i think my favourite version of doubling/mirroring is actually when one person is a possible future version of the other. and in turn that person is looking at the other and seeing their past self. the beginning and the end points of the same road.

ESPECIALLY when one of them never moved past a certain (traumatic) moment in their lives and sees the other in danger of following down the same path

someone is putting up pictures of me around town and they all say I’m ‘wanted’. which is nice

would it disappoint me from five years ago to know that i am getting my phd but became completely disinterested in discourse...maybe i'll go back to it once i finish the degree who knows
