GOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYBODY! Give it up for day 14 I'm tired of this grandpa.
Okay, first thing's first:
The poll from yesterday was pretty evenly split, so here's the plan:
—AM Report: hopium, copium, general protest guidelines and updates, positive outcomes from the protest (donations, etc)
— PM Report: metrics, statistics, important info, and the like
— Throughout the day, I'll answer some inbox messages and update you on anything urgent
— I'd like to contribute more fun content (headcanons, drabbles, fics, etc.), so if you have any requests or ideas, please send them! Here is my original masterlist if you'd like to glance at my past stuff!

Morning Report — 7/13/2026
As we get deeper into the protest, I want to remind you of our current strategies:
— Post under the hashtags #Valko #WeLoveValko #ValkoIsLoved #JusticeForValko #BringValkoBack #SaveValko #BringBackValko #ValkoMustDebut #ValkoIsInnocent (avoid using LADS, Love and Deepspace, or Infold in your tags).
— Support the CN girls on RedNote and Weibo. Do not interact with any hateful or malicious comments.
— Leave positive comments under the Valko videos on X and YouTube (you can find the YouTube playlist on my masterlist).
— The boycott is still in effect. Do not log in, do not spend any money, and unfollow LADS on all socials.
— Leave 1-2 star reviews on app stores.
— Contact LADS support. You can find the email addresses in my resource document (on the masterlist).
— Prioritize self-care. Eat, hydrate, take breaks, go outside, and rest. Do not stay glued to your screen all day. Do as I say, not as I do.
— Be kind, be respectful, and be supportive.
— Be wary of misinformation. If there is no proof, just keep scrolling. Don't listen to "insiders," "uncles," or any unnamed sources.

CN girls are still going strong on Weibo and RedNote. Unfortunately, they're facing some censorship issues on Weibo, but they're doing their best to combat it. I can't say I'm surprised. Guess where the parent company of Weibo is HQed...guess where another certain company is HQed...I'm just saying.

I highly recommend giving this Reddit post a read. It's very well written, and I agree with the vast majority of what the author said. I'll include the most important part here:
Boycott Participation Tier List, best to worst:
— Post daily in trending Valko hashtags, particularly #ValkoIsLoved and #BringValkoBack, AND
— Do not log in to the game at all until Valko is reinstated.
— If you can’t do that, log in and claim free resources, but DO NOT SPEND ACTUAL MONEY until Valko is reinstated.
— If you can’t do that, only pull for upcoming cards (such as Raf’s 4th myth) using resources you already have.
— If you can’t do that, spread your purchasing out and only pull near the end of the banner as to minimize your contribution to daily sales charts. Money talks above all else.
— DO NOT post your pulls on social media. Do NOT give them free promotion and contribute to generating more FOMO. If you HAVE to pull, do it quietly and privately.
— Lastly, do NOT shame or ridicule people who decide to pull. People cannot be made to feel judged or unwelcome or they will simply resent the boycott and ignore it altogether.
My Thoughts on CCP Involvement
Following my little vent post last night, I had a couple people asking about my thoughts on the possible involvement of the CCP. Let me state for the record that I cannot 100% confirm or deny any of these statements.
I do not believe the CCP is currently involved for several reasons.
1. The CCP isn't going to say, "oh, you need to fix this." If they don't like what you're doing, they're going to shut you down, no two ways about it. If they suspected that Infold was doing something wrong, they simply wouldn't exist anymore.
2. The CCP isn't nit-picky. They're not going to say, "you need to fix these specific details, then you're good." They're not going to examine every little detail of a video game character. It's all or nothing for them—and by that, I mean the game either continues to exist or it doesn't.
3. If the CCP did look into Valko, they would find that the media had completely misrepresented him. There is nothing in his trailers that suggests he is villainous or dangerous. If anything, they would look into him and find that the media had presented false information.
4. The CCP hasn't been mentioned by any of the CN fans that I've seen. They're talking about competitors and smear campaigns, not the government.
5. No one has been able to find any concrete proof that the CCP is involved. In fact, I've seen several CN players say that they checked with local authorities and found that there were no violations listed for Valko. The one alleged document that I've seen floating around hasn't been verified, and it's been circulating since the beginning of this protest.
If the CCP is involved, I don't believe it's in the way we think they are. It could be more of a "you need to get the media to chill" situation—hence why Infold has been silent on their socials. I really do think this boils down to an internal issue.
Depending on how you look at it, this could be both a good thing and a bad thing.
Good thing — if the government isn't involved, Infold has leeway. If it's simply an internal issue, then we have more power to change the outcome.
Bad thing — Infold is literally just that spineless.
Let me also point out a few things about their announcements.

No hashtag vs. #LADSValkoCanceled
They also just sound different.
The first announcement sounds like they heard feedback, took note of it, and decided to address it. They're making promises and confirming that they hear our concerns. "For this reason, we want to make this commitment to you: the stories, companionship, and future of every love interest will always remain an essential part of the long-term plans for Love and Deepspace. This will not change for any reason."
The second announcement sound like they have a gun to their head. It's more like they're trying to appease someone and cover their ass than anything else. And, keep in mind, this announcement was released after the media started going haywire. It's a PR move.
I think the nature of the cancellation announcement is worth taking note of. There's no official seal on it, they didn't sign off they way they usually do, and they addressed us differently. It's easily rescinded. It's almost like they were trying to leave a loophole for themselves to use later.
As always, I encourage you to form your own opinions based on the information we have. Without an official statement, all we can do is speculate. I hope we're on the right track.
