Sold my iPad Pro & went back to Mac. 

Shocking! 

I can’t say I regret this decision. It’s amazing how I even got by with the iPad Pro for all that time. I can do so much more on Mac, it’s outrageous! Brad seems to be enjoying it too since I partitioned the memory and have Windows running on it also. 

So far I think I made the right decision. 

it’s a Mac that’ll be turning 7 years old soon but it’s still running smooth as butter! I even have Fortnite running on it! 

Feeling a little crazy right now from all the caffeine in the large coke I had at the movies tonight but I feel so high on life that I felt the need to document it so that I can refer back to this and smile.

We saw Crimes of Grindlewald tonight and it was so much fun that I can’t stop smiling while thinking about it. We also had Olive Garden right before, and pleasant conversation through out. Such a pleasant evening. I love putting on a smile on babe’s face.

I feel relaxed, and full of life. My depression has lifted a bit and I’m not sure why. Maybe it was because I had a good back/bicep day at the gym (leg day when I wake up) and finished my training at the new job.

I hope to feel like this again soon. I need to work on some things though, namely my relationship with Brad’s #oomf; I think I can though. It’s worth it. He’s worth it.

Lastly, I have a new resolve to lose weight! Tonight I realized that I NEED a meal plan. Need it. No ifs ands or buts. I need structure. Guesstimation is getting me no fuckingwhere. I need to do it for like 2 months at a time - lay out and plan out my meals and count every calorie. Then lossen the regime on the 3rd month and then tackle it again for another 2 months.

Earlier this year, can’t remember exactly when, I traded my MacBook 12’’ 2015 for an iPad Pro 12.9” 2017, white, 64GB + cellular because all I was using my laptop for was Netflix.

It’s been a fantastic time since. When it comes to media-consumption, this is the tech-nerds’ wet dream. It’s large, gorgeous screen, really makes everything pop, and to be able to binge your favorite show while laying in bed, or in the kitchen, or while sprawled out across the couch with your head hanging over the edge, really makes it all worthwhile.

I got lucky with this one because it included the Smart Keyboard, which I contemplated selling before realizing how minimalistic and useful it is. I love the way it feels and it’s become a lot more useful than I initially thought.

I guess I just got the sudden urge to type and didn’t really have anything too eventful to write about so here I am admiring the beauty of the “useless” machine that Apple began to create with the Air and that has now evolved to the version which I am using (2015 MacBook 12″, I believe) and it’s absolutely beautiful and a joy to use. I don’t think I would settle for any other computer except maybe the newer MacBooks with the Touch Bar but it’s far to pricey for just a touch bar feature. 

I do hope that this one will be able to withstand the new several years in terms of speed and performance because it does hiccup very occasionally and Facebook is absolutely horrible on safari. Other than that, it’s amazing. 

Anyway, I am waiting to clock out from work soon and excited to have the rest of the week off till Friday (it’s Monday now). Alien: Covenant releases this week so SUPER excited for that. :D

Hit a roadblock of sorts, lost motivation somehow and back up from the 5lbs that I lost originally. It’s now almost March and I’m still at the same weight that I was when February started. Certainly not going in the right direction but if I did it once I can do it again. 

I have randomly come across a variety of people that gave me glimpses into what I do and don’t want to become. The first instance was while I was walking our dog this morning and our handsome neighbor from across the road walked by and he looked like he was walking home from a run or something, but I digress, he looked really good. Even though he had on a heavy sweater and everything, he seemed like he was fit and healthy; which is what I certainly look forward to being. 

The second time was at work, I think; can’t really remember, but it was someone overweight and I saw myself in a way. I don’t want to be that. 

4th work day. Kicking off my third week of dieting. I thought I had it down pay but this morning I weighed in at 230.0 which is up from 27.8 on Friday. Not sure what it is that I did terribly this weekend/workweek but I think I may have had too many sweets at work and also eat a little too much close to bedtime. Both counterproductive to my mission. 

Gotta keep on, though. Started working out and counting calories too. Today would have been my third workout day but I decided to take it easy and just nap before work instead because working out before work is usually pretty exhausting, no matter how good it makes me feel on the inside.
