Bipolar meltdown's, depression meltdowns are horrible. It's bad enough that you feel the way you do, the actual reason that set you over the edge, but the worst is knowing in your head why are you doing it. This is stupid, im probably going to start soon, all these other things your thinking of is just because you are spiraling, that hopelessness you feel will go away, etc. But even though the thoughts in your head are rational to some extent, you sadly have to ride the rollercoaster that is your meltdown. Sucks beating your self up in your head.
