idea i had a bit ago of a quilt wizard, a cursed guy who's body rotted away without him dying, so he first used some bandages and magic to try to patch himself up temporarily, and then more and more bandages, and it wasn't so temporary, and then bigger bits of cloth and then finally grabbed the quilt to cover himself up to be able to leave the house without stirring up fear and then the quilt became his identity because it was all that was really visible of him. over time he added nice fabrics and clasps and bits of trim and whatever else. but its hard to sew with fingers made of bone, so when his patchwork heart started falling apart he went for professional help to the local seamstress. and i wanted to draw a cute girl digging around in his insides
