The underworld of the city of Hetalia is divided into four big families. The Kirklands controlled the Western side, where they ruled with wit and trickery. The North belonged to the King of North and his family, a family that valued loyalty and strength above all else. The East was controlled by the Dragon of the East, who used his knowledge and power to control the East. The largest of the families was the Vargas, a family that used power and charisma to control the underworld. Yet when the head of the Vargas family announces a contest for the hand of his omega grandsons. When one said grandson says he would fight for himself causes the other families' omegas to repeat the same thing. This causes the heads to come up with a plan: every heir would fight. If an omega won, they would get to either be free or choose an alpha. If an alpha won, they would be able to take the omega. Thus starts the battle of love, where a win or loss could cause a change in power of the underworld.
