I decided to pick up Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin on PS4. Bloodborne is definitely faster; it’s taking a little effort to get used to DSII again.

So here’s something neat… The japanese television show Pokémon Get☆TV revealed a code yesterday that will allow Pokemon ORAS players to download a free Serperior to their game! And the best part is, it can be used by anyone in the world! :D

The code is POKEMON497 and will be available to use from January 9th to November 30th in 2015. Yeah, you read those dates right, folks. You can get in on this PRETTY much at any point through all of 2015.

I feel the need to add that these aren't just normal Serperior. They have the hidden ability CONTRARY that inverts stat changes. They come with the move LEAF STORM that does 130 damage, which is usually held back by lowering the user's special attack by two stages after use. With Contrary, Leaf Storm starts at 130 damage and GETS STRONGER EVERY TIME YOU USE IT.

I suppose sometimes I let my imagination get out of hand, and I will sometimes pretend I’m a, erm… soda bottle elemental… I have no clue who keeps leaving these around the office, but it seems I’ve garnered quite the collection! They’re very easy for my mind to lift en masse, and make quite the pleasant sound when they slam into things. I’ve also made a habit of collecting the caps and redeeming them for points… though none of the rewards are worth it. Oh, well. Nothing lost, nothing gained.

((Yes, yes, I know, another huge delay. At least the blog’s not dead. I’m sure I’ll eventually catch up with all these asks, but for now, I’ll just take it in stride. It is still silly fun to do these on occasion.))
