i don't use any other online resources rather than studying from artists i admire (i analyze their compositions, colors, facial features they draw on characters, etc.)

for anatomy, the first thing that i would do is not learning the tough stuff, but trying to practice how to catch the form and the dynamics of the human body. so sketches! preferably with live models. you could draw random people outside (which is better) or ask someone to pose for you. starting with 3 minutes-then 1 minute-then 30 seconds full body sketches, so your main goal would be to do the outline and the dynamics, the direction of each pose. forget about the details! this helps to train your eye a lot, you will catch the proportions much easier if you do this regularly

I would highly recommend doing this practice irl, because drawing poses from pictures does NOT train your visual calculation on the same level!
