Relationships ( platonic and romantic ) are often the ones where I probably get most upset with my characters, really. Some great ones include:

When Kotone and Vex ( @vexredain ) were dating, there were a lot of points where I wanted to reach into the screen and shake Ko because her nature was making things difficult. Vex was truly a blessing on my sea-thip, in a lot of ways.

Kotone’s general relationship with Paradyme ( @paradymeshift ) has always had us both screaming at our characters - and now they’re both suffering.

Katja and Leroy ( @leroymurrand ) are in desperate need of another round of ‘how dumb can we be while our writers screech at us,’ because that’s pretty common.

Pretty much every interaction with Flidais has me screaming at her behind the monitor, except for when she’s interacting with Jia ( @lominsadan ), at which point it’s less ‘why are you being so meeeean’ and more ‘just hug him you dumb broad.’

Holy fudge, I did it. I finished it wee! Leroy’s dragon form, in all his glowey glory! He has so many sharp edges, and everybody knows sharp edges in photoshop can go die in a pit of fire, but gdi we try.

Rolled for three and got different characters this time YAY.

Kotone:

Kotone knows exactly where her adopted daughter is buried, as Kotone never loses her way at sea. Buried deep beneath the waves, Andy’s body is encased in a tomb of stone that is now covered with brilliant corals of blue, green, and hot pink. Kotone visits this grave once a month, leaving a small trinket that she knows the child would have loved in life. She has yet to notice that her god has been there…

Katja:

Katja suffers terrible nightmares as a result of the attempt on her life several months back that very nearly killed her. These are made so much worse as they are usually accompanied by sleep paralysis - and when they are not, she virtually re-enacts what happened. More than once, she’s come out of it with a gun pointed to Kiipa’s or Inelaa’s forehead. For this reason, Kiipa has warded the nursery tightly and Katja has developed a dependency on sleeping aids.

Leroy ( @leroymurrand )  has no idea - as far as she knows.

Flidais:

Flidais privately hopes that Inelaa’s father never returns, and knows that it’s absolutely wrong that she desires this as her reasons are selfish. He was the first man she ever loved, though his heart belongs to her sister. There was a moment, when Inelaa was placed into her care, that something very nearly happened - but the loyalty to her sister stopped them both.
