I didn't know what being triggered really meant until this morning at the doctor's and I have spent all day paralysed by a weird awful feeling and I keep thinking I'm about to have a panic attack or be sick or something aaaaah. It's my best friend's birthday today and I have been silent because I can't say anything normal?????

I'm home from university for good, this is such a strange feeling! I'm also completely off my meds and I feel really good and balanced for the first time in about six years, this is so crazy. Ten days in Spain and then I can start job hunting for the time before I decide to go to Japan. I've found a perfect one involving organising travel in southern Italy and they want an Italian speaker! I still can't drive though. My creativity came flooding back after stopping my meds and I'm so ready to make things.
