NO girl dont ruin your early 20s by staying home every saturday and lamenting the death of your childhood while also being afraid to even act like a 20 something year old bc you still feel so young yet so old and lost all at once haha you’re so sexy!

it’s soooo hard to romanticize where you are now and like i get it, it always feels like the least beautiful time to be in, the worst point in history, your flop era etc, but it’s like Not though. every day i am amazed at the nostalgia i get for the past where i was objectively worse and more on fire than i am now like it doesn’t make sense until You Realize… nostalgia is often just you feeling regret that you didn’t fully experience what you had at that time. and it’s a call to enjoy where you are now because it truly is a unique part in ur life, no matter what is happening because life is a fleeting gift man. like IT IS!! experience every moment fully… it’s what your future self deserves when she looks back at you now

any other girls feel a permanent sense of unbelonging no matter where they are or who they are with

Invest on skincare, spa days, facials, be mindful of your diet and avoid consuming inflammatory and processed foods, wear your SPF religiously, never sleep with your make up on, make sure you rest 7 to 8 hours daily, exercise, meditate/pray and become in-tune with your spirituality, drink plenty of lemon water daily, drink smoothies, take magnesium and supplement with different vitamins depending on the season of the year, avoid alcohol if possible. Take care and exalt your body and it will take care of you in the long run, don't abuse it, cherish it.

washing my silly little apple. cutting a slice of my silly little loaf of bread. putting on my silly little chapstick. listening to my silly little playlist. looking at silly little trees. feeling the silly little rays of sunshine on my face. holding my warm silly little cup of coffee. buying a silly little pretty bouquet for myself. reading silly little fragments of poetry. except everything listed above isn’t silly and little it’s the essence and spice of life like sugar and cinnamon coating our existence and making every moment so beautiful and enjoyable in our own little silly ways
