Yeah, I've been trying to do that. It just sucks especially at night because everything rushes in, and it feels overwhelming. But then I think about the last few months we were talking, and I cant remember a time I've ever felt more anxious. And I know that it's something I need to work on too, but I know it shouldn't feel the way I felt those nights. Sorry, went off track lol. It's just been a ride. 😪
