I saw a phantom in the same boat as me (ft. a distant fucker on the bottom of the stairs) risking it all for Euporia.

I’m not talking about his face. Zoom in why don’t ya and look at his robes. It’s small, but there’s obvious signs of tears. It’s either a) him not really taking care of his ‘outside’ robes or b) he engaged (by engage I mean cast every protection spell and run) in a fight before getting abducted by the mindflayers

how it ended:

I love hiring some hirelings and passing the check to learn that it’s basically Withers joining you on your adventures, because then you get this dialogue. And if you choose the first option Withers says something akin to “leave me alone I want to have fun and go exploring too”
