“b-but, my record for perfect attendance..” you say, sneezing afterwards. to be honest, you really weren’t feeling well and your skin is hot as the temperature outside, and not to mention your congested nose. 

“babe, are you really going to let yourself faint at school for a piece of paper you’ll get at recognition day?” he retorts as he puts on his favorite (and only) leather jacket, still sitting on your bed in case you make a run for the bathroom.

“well, not really. but who’s gonna write my notes?!” 

“i will.” jisung says, his eyes not wavering as he meets yours. 

“but you don’t? take notes? you don’t even own a notebook for-” jisung rolls his eyes and kisses the corner of your lips. 

“i know. but i’ll still do it even if it means making you stay at home to recover, ok?” he says, standing up and reaching for your bag to grab your notebook filled with sticky notes and such. 

“take care of yourself, babe. i’ll be home before you know it.” jisung then gives you a kiss on the forehead, giving your hair a little ruffle too.
