I have always believed this.

After my grandmother's death I really stop caring about myself. I am no longer holding on to her death, only the good memories we made together. How do I get back to myself? My girlfriend pointed this out to me. I don't want to lose her because I'm lost. Sometimes I feel like she hates me at this point. I feel like everybody does, not just my girlfriend. I am always be critiqued or judged on the things I do and how I feel. Trying to get back to that confident person I used to be has been a struggle for me. I don't know what steps to take. Maybe writing my feelings down will help to cleanse myself. Everyday I will write how I am feeling. Maybe it will help me release the doubt that I have put in myself so I will regain my confidence.
