this one has the shortest loop time before it gets really annoying, but that's ok, because you're not really not meant to be around it very long

i tried to keep the colors compatible with the pallet of the site while remaining a little attention grabbing (tackiness is part of the charm of defunct banner ads), but i im not a fan of how that turned out. i dont feel like remaking them, though
