I have always gotten high grades in school, never failed a class. failing was never even an option because things just came easy to me, I had good grades, even though I didn’t study much. I always helped people who asked for my help with things, I never wanted anyone to feel bad in school.

but please, do not insult me because

I got a higher grade than you even though you studied and I didn’t. I can’t explain why! maybe it’s just not your subject. maybe I was lucky because I loved the topic of the essay. maybe the teacher was just in a bad mood when he corrected your exam. I don’t know. but don’t hold me responsible for it.

I got what you consider a high grade but I consider a not-so-great grade. Yeah, maybe an 80% would be the greatest achievement for you, but when I know I could’ve done better, I won’t be satisfied. that’s the way it is. I won’t lower my goals just to please you. if I think I can manage to score 90 or even 100 %, then of course I’ll be disappointed if I don’t reach it. if your goal is just to pass, that’s okay with me, but don’t force your goals on to everyone.
