I know I always portray her as this sunshine girl who is always positive and beaming, but truthfully, she's starting to feel like a moon child to me more and more with every day that she occupies my mind. Her dark circles are screaming about her being a night owl, she has them because her overthinking head keeps her up almost every night — and she has more flaws than she'd like to admit, which..well, loom over her like dark clouds, and while she may have an outer glow, that glow is more like a star...hugged by darkness; and she doesn't always find comfort in it. Her constant smiles at others and tears for only the moon make her essence to be a mix of these contrasting qualities, making her a strangely melancholic person. She's not cold, just heavy-hearted; but she tries her best. And that makes her glow. 🌟🤍

I wanted to practice background and lighting just a healthy amount and sacrifice Clara for such evil purposes, so I'm dropping this here with a fragment of my baby's lore as well before i disappear into the void again, because...why is she brewing Felix Felicis..?
soo! I'll try to make it short-
Clara is a Ravenclaw; being a member of this house put a great amount of pressure on her once she learned what it really meant to be a Smart House Member to a lot of her housemates, and gained (or rather revealed in herself) the lovely personality trait called:
Perfectionism. In the orphanage where she grew up, it didn't matter if you were smart or not. To the educators, she was just one of the many frustrating children they had to tolerate. At Hogwarts, however, she experienced having academical competition for the first time, and was practically fighting for her life in almost every class.
Because she wanted to excel at every subject, she hated that she wasn't particularly good at anything that was considered a 'traditional Ravenclaw's strong suit'. None of it was her strong suit; no matter how hard she tried, for her standards, it was never enough. Unfortunately, though, she didn't give up...
This is where studying became a near obsession for Clara, and she started trying out everything from borrowing the notes of her only friend, through staying up every night just to study, to her by far most desperate attempt...brewing Felix Felicis.
She wasn't an expert at potions either, no, but she was desperate enough to try to erase whatever curse she believed she was under the influence of that caused her to be a 'bad Ravenclaw'. And so she tried...carefully breaking rules and somehow keeping it a secret..
But sooner or later, the consequences of doing such a thing catch up to one...and there's no easy way out of trouble..
