Wouldn't it be worth it because we would be seeing my godmother who was a big part of my life growing up and is possibly THE most important person to me fundamentally, and don't you want to know me more? and meet the person who raised me? Yes it IS taking a week off of work, but I will pay for tickets and hotels, we would get to see a new city and drink coffee and explore together, and it's my birthday! I mean, we can stay in the city for the most part if that's what makes it worth it for you. I will make sure you feel comfortable, I will do everything I can to cater to you and please please just come with me. Ok, it's ok, I guess it's ok you don't wanna talk about it right now, I just wanted some input on the hotel I'm about to book. I kinda need to talk about it, there's a lot of options and I feel overwhelmed. I'd rather have you there than not there. Ok, I'll plan everything. You won't have to lift a finger, we can make it as easy as possible for you to come with. No, no, YES, it is taking a week off of work, but we've done that before to visit your family multiple times.
