it is going to take me a long, long time to organize this mess.

that’s probably enough time spent making my excuses for the state of this place.

i suppose we have to begin somewhere.

statement begins.

i feel like i remember it clearly but sometimes things are so weird that you start to doubt yourself.

still i didn’t understand why i was so uneasy.

the thought of an anglerfish popped into my head: the single point of light dangled into the darkness, hiding the thing that lures you in.

their feet weren’t quite touching the ground.

i saw nothing. just silence and darkness.

there were no marks, no bloodstains.

the only thing i found was an unsmoked marlboro red cigarette.

there were very few points where i’d say that i was entirely sober and even fewer where i acted like it.

the more i try to think of exactly what he looked like, the harder it is to picture him clearly.

am i to be looking after a corpse?

if there’s a dead body in there, it hasn’t started to smell yet. not that i really know what a dead body smells like.

needless to say, i was terrified. more than that, i was confused.

i guess ‘lived’ may be the wrong term.

i’ve seen ‘dawn of the dead’, i knew what the groans of the undead are mean tot sound like, but it wasn’t that at all.

the only thing that worries me is sleeping.

i keep waking up in a panic, clutching at my throat and struggling to breathe.

when i awoke, i seemed to be holding the key in my hand.

it’s funny how fear can become as routine as hunger.

when the screaming started, i didn’t want to see who was screaming or why.

i just had to do something to find a bit of interest in my life, and it was either this or become an alcoholic, so…

i know that sounds creepy. it really wasn’t meant to be.

i just wish i hadn’t seen it.

it looks different somehow, but i can’t figure out what it is.

when i say moved, that’s not quite right. it shifted. like when you stare at one of those old magic eye paintings and you change from seeing one picture into seeing another.

isn’t it funny, ___, how you can live so near and never notice. i’ll need to return the visit someday.

(Technically a reintroduction but considering it has been on a non-public url since November and in my opinion not useful since maybe 2017, I’m considering this an introduction)

So! You want to play an indigenous faceclaim but don’t know who to use? Or are looking for something specific? The indigenous faceclaims with resources directory is finally here (again)!

As the name of the directory implies, every faceclaim on here has resources, to make it easier for you to find them though clicking on a photo will take you to the fc’s tag on indigenousrph! And there are currently (at the time of this original post) 364 fcs! All indigenous to either North America, South America, Australia, Polynesia, Micronesia, or Melanesia!

Only faceclaims with stated tribes are included, I have also excluded problematic fcs but if you see a problematic fc that is on there please let me know! If you know of a fc with resources and a stated tribe that was left off, please let me know as well and I will add them and queue the resources to indigenousrph!
