Seeing more people get converted to mag'nayar (either platonically or very much not) this episode and I am all about it. You can just tell that Marisha and Luis are having the time of their fucking lives playing off each other, and the more that Hal and Bolaire have to deal with whatever stuff they've got going on, the more these two weirdos get to explore this dynamic.
However that relationship turns out, watching them really see each other, truly being devoted to each other in their fucked up, freaky ways is fucking delicious.
I swear I am trying not to put to much stock into Murray/Azune actually happening as a ship, they're great just as friends and there's a mildy problematic age gap. (I know dwarves have a longer adolescence, and Azune has been on his own since 12, but he was a toddler when Murray became Burser of the Pentavril so it's not nothing.)
But good DAMN their dynamic is so fucking good. And half of that is Luis and Marisha just on the same fucking vibes at that table.
And half of it is that because someone needs to fuck that boy's brains out until he finally fucking relaxes for a moment. And I guarantee Murray is woman enough for that particular job. 😉

(After a brief discussion of when Merci had previously met Taliesin and asked about Ashton and Fearne) Taliesin: I’m a big fan of healthy relationships and that actually is one because it’s just like… there’s nothing unspoken and it’s just like we know exactly what we are and what we’re doing.
(When did Ashton start to get feelings for Fearne?) Taliesin: Meeting. Immediately...It wasn’t feelings, it was…“Fuck, you’re crazy.”
(When prompted for more info) Taliesin: Oh, first stealing shit.
(When did he realize there were more feelings?) Taliesin: Oh, it was… and also, any punk you’ll ever meet is definitely like… There was a joke at one point that… you know, when you go and see someone’s bookshelf and like, ‘That’s hot.’... With punks, it’s medicine cabinet. What the fuck are you on? You must have REAL problems... Oh God, is that an antipsy—you’re on lithium?! Yeah. There was a lot of like, ‘Oh man, you are definitely not okay.’
(When thanked for sharing that Fearne is in love with Ashton on Weird Kids because nobody believes us when we tell them) Ashley: (looking baffled) I know!

so I finally watched Oaths and Ash (I have beacon, so it's been available to me for weeks but my brain was distracted lol) and of course I'm now writing a new fanfic set after that adventure
yes, that makes 9 cm wips, because dammit they still have a hold on my soul!
Someone needs to make me a downbeat version of the Weird Kids theme so I can sit and listen to it and be in my feelings when I'm missing them next Tuesday.
