Work. It. Out.
So, haven’t posted in about a month, but I wanted to update my progress.
I mentioned in the last post how I was working out 3-4 times a week. Well happy to say that I have continued the trend and increased it to about 5-7 times a week (depending on how busy I am with school).
It’s getting closer to the Bachelor party I’m going to in Miami where I’ll be wearing my bikini!! Eek!! The party is in about three weeks.
I did a two-a-days workout today (two 45 minute cardio workouts) followed by 200 squats cause I’m tryna get a nice booty.
My goal this week is to run 26 miles total. I ran 6 miles in total today. So, only 20 to go!
