I came across a post this morning by @planet.street , out of L.A. They posted this image minus @carolfarnumart , just the wall. No credit given or anything. While sharing other people's art can be a positive thing, in that the work may reach more people than it would otherwise, it's poor taste not to include the artist's name and give credit where credit is due. They did tag her at least, so she knows they used her image, but no one else does. Anyone who sees their post does not know who painted this or where it came from. As an independent artist we can use all the promotion we can get and while I appreciate the fact that they felt her work is worth sharing, it bums me out that they did not give her credit.
