WITH A BOTTLE OF JACK IN HAND,   the smile on rico’s face was a sheer juxtaposition from the look in his eyes. sorrow lay there, much like in his heart. but there was no way he could say that to the other. lazarus had his own shit to deal with, shit that he could see spilling out and over into his life. like being unable to go home and having to crash at rico’s covered in blood and bruises he couldn’t explain, hoping that rico’s silence was bought with cheetos. and it was. but he had shit going on. shit that seemed deep, that seemed to run a lot deeper than the dancer could even comprehend-- not really. the last thing he was going to do? dump his own problems on   a friend   a bandmate.
