talking to someone new makes me so self conscious but i need to be strong and stop negative thoughts like that from making me less myself!!!

im finally feeling like i can breathe again. eating well, taking my medicine, holding space for time and love again. i was scared of forgetting and moving on, but now its the only thing I'm starting to welcome into my life. ill always wish you a good life, but im not the same person you knew, and im starting to feel glad about it. im picking up my pen again, but now, most of the time, its not letters to you that im writing. the breeze and sun are my muse. maybe even my own heartbeat now.

tomorrow is pay day and I'm going to clean my room 🫶
