I love that Hannibal had the sluttiest rendition of Wound Man in is office.

We see Will telling jack that this job is destroying him, he is losing control of himself and it is getting worse, if it continues the damage will be permanent.

We see that jack cares and values the work that will is doing. He puts that above all else. It doesn’t matter if it is permanently destroying Will. As long as he keeps doing the job, everything else is insignificant to jack.

We see Will being told that he can choose to save himself or he can choose to save the next victims of the next monster

Hannibal doesn’t need to alienate will from jack. All he has to do is let will see what is happening. See what he does and doesn’t care about
