The admins have been going through a lot of personal things lately and we know our members have been jampacked with work and finals and everything in-between, as well. The admin team has thought long and hard about this, and we feel that itās in the best interest of our emotional health and the general well-being of the group to place La Lune on an indefinite hiatus.
So, what does this mean?
1. We wonāt currently be accepting any more applications for characters, canon or otherwise. The main will be closed down temporarily except for the ability to send us messages.
2. We wonāt be doing hiatuses or activity checks. As we ourselves have been too busy to keep up with steady activity lately ourselves, we feel it wouldnāt be right to demand our routine steady level of activity from our members.
3. Until we can regroup and decide where to move forward, the admins will be stalling our future group events and tasks.
4. This doesnāt mean you have to stop RPing with one another, and this isnāt a completeĀ āgoodbyeā orĀ āshutdownā post! Until we can take some space to figure things out and decide whether or not we want to move forward, weāre just placing things on hold and slowing it down a bit.

2. What made you decide to apply for this role?: I was immediately struck by how much room there was for depth in this character, and I also identified really strongly with the idea of not living up to some pre designed notion that your family has for you. You have to steel your insides and kill away all your soft parts, and in the case of my own life it makes for a lot of anger, which is something I would love to explore with this character. I also identified with the fact that you donāt ever really heal from rejection like that, and it festers inside of you even when youāre not consciously thinking about it. It never goes away.

how many canon apps are left until the oc ban is lifted?
We would like to see at least one or two more canon characters filled before lifting the OC ban. However, we also want all existing members and current applicants to know that we would still like canon roles to continue be filled, even after we lift the ban!
You can do whatever you please with your characterās romantic life, so long as it is consensual! Please note, however, that your character will still only have one True Bond.
Do humans feel the same emotions if they have a werewolf true bond?
It really depends on the human, anon! Generally humans are unable to feel the True Bond as a result of having weaker senses compared to a werewolf. That being said however, as the True Bond represents a wolf having found their soulmate, it is likely that the human in question will harbor similar feelings as the werewolf in question essentially was made to compliment them. They do, however, lack the near instantaneous connection that a True Bond would have between two werewolves.
Essentially, a human/werewolf pairing would just need a little more open communication, but it isnāt impossible to develop those sorts of bonds over time!

6. Roleplaying experience: Well, Iām currently in two RPs at the moment. Iāve been RPing for a few years, started back on forums, and I was an admin/co-admin to a few roleplays in the past well along w/ being an RPH on and off!

2. What made you decide to apply for this role?: For a few reasons. Superficial, at first, it was because of the FC but his/their bio also always interested me back when you guys first put him/them out! Before, I was deciding between a few bios but they have a few elements that drew me in that Iād like to explore. They struggle with their identity a lot and that seems to have reached a broader spectrum rather than it being focused solely on their gender because of the degrading and whatnot caused them to really question everything about themselves. And that is a vast thing. Iād imagine that even still, their pronouns are interchangeable so I personally donāt know how, as a writer, Iāll work that in but I have some idea there!
Theyāre also an omega and all of the wolf characters Iāve played so far have been either a beta or an alpha. For me, it would be a great writing challenge to play a character such as Anthony because Iām not used to playing docile characters - or, rather, ones such as them placed in this setting/world. Plus, I would like to experiment with that and how docile they would always be or if they had any āhard linesā given what their end goal is - like, how willing are they to be stepped on. I also think thereās some great advantage to them being an omega + not being able to participate in the war. That will also be entirely different for me since all of my other characters are involved in the war in some way.Ā
In a way, Anthony is like a mixture of Rhee and Roman but to a lesser extent. And playing a character that isnāt so extreme (despite their absolute hatred towards humans that, ironically, doesnāt include his grandparents - but maybe it could, in some way) will also be a new thing for me to write. I get the impression that Anthony would come off as neutral but swaying in favour of the wolves, and I only play one other character that actually favours wolves (Natalie but even she is a bit extreme too). Anthony is not morally gray, either, but I get the impression he is close to that with the idea of doing whatever it would take to protect his grandparents and himself.
I considered other roles (including all of the known most wanted from Blaise, Dimitri, Lamai, Maya, and even some of their connections) but I think itās better if I donāt pick a pivotal role because I already play characters that would need their interactions (Rhee and Natalie). Plus, Anthonyās motivations in this war are selfish or for them and their remaining family rather than worried how they, themselves, will impact the outcome of this war. With my other characters, they all in some way play a part in the outcome of the war (minor exclusion of Natalie), but Anthony is really in it just to protect their family with the hopeful idea that humans will be taken down. So they know what outcome theyād like to see but they wouldnāt have an actual involvement in it, if that makes sense.
3. Sexuality: Given everything, Iād say biromantic asexual - I say this because it seems they struggle a lot with their identity all around so I think theyād focus more on the romantic aspect or having something like that reciprocated than on the sexual aspect of it?
But given their status as an omega, if it makes more sense for them to be bisexual/pansexual, feel free to use that instead!

2. What made you decide to apply for this role?: I was very drawn to her from the moment it was stated that she was cast away by her family. I usually take to those characters since Iām the type who really likes the ones that are harder to love, and hearing of her struggles with her nature and how continuous itās been throughout her life. Even now with the impending war and she has to pick a side, make a choice. She really canāt catch a break, but I think it would be interesting to write that conflict sheās facing.
