Sorry for...not coming over sooner.” finally she stands in front of where Ava's sitting and half-smiles.

A large part of him wanted to bark at her to disappear from his sight, but the petty side of him held himself back. Rejecting her plead for help would be proving her right. “Fucking idiot. You wasted your time helping others instead of fighting the damn drones.” It truly was a bad decision in his eyes since he wasn’t concerned about the civilians who still had the ability to run and help themselves. “The hell do you need?”

            The civilian she was helping still had the ability to walk by themselves, so he failed to understand why they needed his assistance. “You trying to order me around?” A scowl appeared on his face. “The guy has fucking legs.
