Every month I make a tutorial for my patrons, and last month’s tutorial was really different than the previous ones I’ve made! It was on warmups and exercises for improving your skills, and in it I demonstrate six different exercises that get me into the creative flow and help me improve my art. When I thought about this topic, I realized that it’s not just about warming up our hands, but also our minds. It’s so important to let go of perfectionism and allow ourselves to experiment and learn! Here’s a little preview, giving you a glimpse not only of the exercises but also of the ideas about improvement and mindset that I talk about in this tutorial.
