Okay but pre-school is expensive as hell. Making it free will directly improve the lives of so many families.

so is community college it will literally cut the cost of college in half or make it free for the people that choose one of the many careers you can get with a two year degree are y'all stupid or just dumb

do ppl actually not realise how important affordable childcare is to working women???

And Biden’s campaign stance was always two years of free community college, NOT four years at any and all universities. It’s not a bait and switch if it’s the two years of college he previously “promised” us PLUS something new and different that is explained IN THE NEXT / SAME SENTENCE so people wouldn’t get confused and think it meant four years of college.

lack of affordable/accessible childcare is also probably the single biggest obstacle towards gender equality in the workplace/force and things like free pre-k or safe daycare should honestly be a center point of any effective labor movement

i feel like when i first started hearing the phrase “oh that fucks” it was in reference to something that had kind of a charismatic machismo to it and did sort of carry the sense of “oh that thing is sexual and can Get It” but it’s now transformed into something that just means “wow i really like that thing” and that’s so funny to me. like i just said “this rug fucks” what does that mean. can this rug get it

This . . . actually looks like a doable workout routine.

...in fact a bunch of these have been done in my cerebral palsy therapies, at least with help. And my upper abs are hardcore, particularly on the left which is my spastic hemiplegia side, because spastic CP means microspasms and chronic contracting of muscles. Like, you can't see my six pack anymore, but I have done most of these workouts in some form for my disability for a couple of decades.

@stevishabitat I believe that @hawthorn-and-ivy had a similar problem after giving birth to her twins. She might have some good advice. :)
