an ot3 reading ive never understood is saying zen and obi aren't sure if they care about each other for each other or just for shirayuki. obi falls for both of them around the same time (perhaps even at the same time), but zen is the first to offer reciprocity, and it's because of him that shirayuki gives obi a chance. he's the one to decide on obi as her guard and the one to convince her to keep the hairpin obi gave her. zen is loudly jealous all the time but he's never truly seen their relationship as rivalry. i could get behind the idea that obi has, if only to declare himself the loser, because now that they have each other, they couldn't possibly want him too, right? but of course they do. he's here to stay.
