just need to ramble but i’m obsessed with the idea of barely knighted anakin who is flirting with padme but 100% uses it as an excuse to approach obi-wan and ask him to teach him how to kiss. it’s completely nonsensical and obi-wan knows it, he knows it’s so unlike him to even… consider what anakin is telling him. but he blames his own attachment when he says yes because anakin keeps insisting “nobody will take me seriously if i can’t even kiss, a jedi should know everything just in case, and since you’re my master—” and SO it’s just… anakin shoving himself right up to obi-wan with a wet, eager mouth that is far too sloppy and uncoordinated but full of passion, and obi-wan placing a gentle but firm hand on his chin, or palms over his cheeks, to slow the kiss. to make anakin really feel it (“let the moment lead, anakin. let your lips feel.”) and he earns the sweetest whine from anakin and oh god, what is he doing? kissing his barely knighted former Padawan, selfishly holding him close and pretending it’s just practice when he is aware it’s something else. of course obi-wan insists that he’s learned everything, now go use it, so why is anakin back the next night with a dazed puppy dog expression, asking to be shown just one more time, master, just one last time, i swear—

so is anyone gonna contact matthew stover and beg him to make an obi-wan kenobi series novelization or am i gonna fund the man myself?
