Boundaries are so crucial right now. I mean what I say & say what I mean. You can’t push me or convince me to think otherwise if I’ve told you no. There’s no pushing the goalpost here.

I’m so tired of people examining my ‘no’ and being like “Hmmm this ‘no’ of yours isn’t acceptable to me because I think I know better than you even though you know exactly what you need, where your boundaries are, and when your burnout comes. So I’m gonna try to manipulate you in other forms because I didn’t like your anwer.” Then they wonder why I’m done with them like an hour later. 😂😂😂 People only like to listen when you say yes, and for most people I’ve encountered, no just means they haven’t tried hard enough to manipulate the person into saying yes.
