Hey anon,A lot has happened lately.. I've been seeing a counselor for my mental health. I've finally admitted that I need help. I have some degree of depression and anxiety. Been crying a lot because I realized I am a terrible person to people. That what I thought would be good was more hurtful. I learned that I'm a people pleaser, which hurts people more than pleases them. I learned that I'm not anywhere selfless as I thought I was, but more of selfishness. I cant make any friends because I treat them as people who I expect to leave. Even if they dont leave, I push people away so they do leave. I just need to get better.It is just a lot. I'm alright though. Thanks for asking, I hope you're doing well too anon.
