I’m antisocial, yet social. I don’t talk to people first, but when someone talks to me first I’m up for talking to them. Some days I’ll be really talkative and friendly and other days I’m just in my shell like nah today ain’t the day for socializing.

I survived over 3 hours on the road with a 3.5 and 9.5 year old! And I got 85% of my new house cleaned by myself, with them underfoot! My kitchen is scrubbed and unpacked! Scrubbed 1.5 bathrooms. Did some shopping with them. Made 2 lasagnas for dinner tomorrow (with homemade sauce!), while also cooking dinner for tonight. Helped load 90% of our stuff into the uhaul (the rest can wait til tomorrow). Showered with my overtired 3 yr old while she screamed the whole time, and i managed to stay calm. I have been going nonstop for 20 hours, and feel like I totally kicked today's ass lmfao

Please tell me WHY people want to stop by and visit today with 1-4 children in tow. My last day to pack. When nobody ever comes over! And I already have a 3.5 and 9.5 year old underfoot!

I need help picking out hardware for my kitchen cabinets! I want to make sure they compliment by appliances...

They are slate colored. But there are like 484939948291 different shades of knobs/pulls, and I'm terrible at this kind of stuff. The cabinets will be painted white soon, if that makes a difference!

Our realtor texted this evening and said she got the notification that we could go ahead and schedule closing for Monday!

Guess that means I can officially start packing? lol

Wednesday Rambles...

I am EXHAUSTED. My period has totally wiped me out this month. And the mood swings... GOOD LORD.

Chris quit smoking! Today marks 2 weeks completely smoke free. That has saved us over $200 already since he started taking chantix 6 weeks ago.

I ordered the shower curtain, rug, and towels for Selena’s new bathroom last night! She picked it out herself.. its rainbow themed from Target. Super cute. And I got everything for $40. Pretty happy about that.

As of 9pm last night, all of the other kids are officially gone. SO happy about having a normal, quiet house again. Its been a LONG 3.5 weeks dealing with people.

Email from USAA this morning: Your loan is still being reviewed.No reason to be alarmed, its just a slow process. ---- I emailed back and asked if there’s a time frame we can expect it to be done in, since we are technically 5 days out from closing. Definitely don’t think we will be closing on time, but we will see what she says when she responds to my email.

Selena has been doing Cosmic Kids Yoga for the past 45 minutes. Its been glorious.

My phone has been going to shit for the past month, and its definitely not working right this week. I’m currently in the process of backing everything up. I haaaaaate deleting pictures off my phone though....... UGH. Hopefully it helps for awhile at least, because i do NOT want to buy a new phone right now.

Our file was FINALLY sent for final review today. No idea when that will be finished.

We should be a week out from closing. Something tells me we won’t be closing on Monday.

We also won’t be able to do much if we close on a monday anyways.. its an hour drive, we only have one vehicle right now, and chris doesn’t get home from work until close to 4. We just want to rent a moving truck and do it all in one big move. Sooo yeah, we will just have to wait until the weekend.
