Our treadmill breaking and coinciding right around Hot Summer Walking Outside Is Awful time frame was not ideal and I’m really starting to feel the grossness of lack of workouts/irregular summer fitness routine/nearly nonexistent legit workout routine besides just general ~active-ness and WOW I need to lift some weights or go for a twenty mile run or something. Which I already know will discourage me more about how out of shape I am back again and UGHHHHH. The cycle continues. Getting out of the flow is THE LITERAL WORST.
