In September 2014 VIXX came with their first concert Live Fanstasia Hex Sign to two European countries which were Poland and Hungary. The organizer for the tour at that time was Azia Events.....
Should European fans be punished?
Last year it was announced that in September 2014 two European countries, Poland and Hungary, are preparing to hold VIXX Live Fantasia Hex Sign solo concerts, which made fans pumped up with joy at this news. Many of them bought not only concert tickets but also Meet&Greet pack which enabled them to the high touch session with the group. What’s more, after the sudden announcement from the organizer Azia Events, 3 hours before the ticket sale, some of the them also bought an additional pass for a group photos with VIXX members.
The scheduled concerts happened as planned, no bigger problems occurred during the tour and everyone thought, the concerts ended as a success, but no one could imagine what actually happened.
Fans began to notice something was off when even after a month, they did not receive the group photos which they took with the band. Of course they started to send messages and leaving comments under posts from Azia Events, who at that time were organizing an U-kiss European Tour, but every attempt to contact them ended in vain. Even when Azia Events finally responded they only said to contact Jellyfish Entertainment as they were the ones who took the pictures during the tour. Although fans still tried to get an explanation, neither Azia Events nor Jellyfish Entertainment were responding .
More and more time was passing and fans could not take this anymore. They decided to start a project in which they would gather as many people as possible in one, previously chosen, day and would spam Jellyfish with comments, messages and emails demanding an explanation from them about the photos. With their efforts, Jellyfish could not ignore them anymore and in late November released a post on their official facebook page stating:
“This is Jellyfish Entertainment.
We are making an announcement due to many inquires about the VIP photo of VIXX Europe Concert- HEX SIGN live Fantasia in Europe.
As a reward of the warm support and continuous love of the Europe fans, VIXX tried their best to contribute in the progress of balancing the K-POP market around Europe
since their debut, by proceeding the concert not only in France and Germany, but also in countries such as Sweden, Italy, Hungary, Poland etc. which it had relatively few concerts.
At the process of Hungary and Poland concert tour, Jellyfish Entertainment and the relevant concert tour organizer CJ E&M was placed in a difficult situation to fulfill the concert tour due to the sudden cancellation of the Dusseldorf, Germany event which were scheduled in advance.
We were told that the event was cancelled unilaterally by the local promoter situation.
Over prior consultation with the “Azia event” which was the promoter of Europe concert tour, we compromised many parts with the circumstances despite this matter.
Including the artist guarantee which was discussed over the contract, the personnel expenses of the production and even the roundtrip airfare was not provided also.
However, we proceeded the tour to keep the promise only for the fans.
In spite of this unfavorable situation, VIXX, Jellyfish and CJ E&M did their best for this concert to please the Europe fans that waited VIXX and tried to make a successful concert. Even we actively participate in fan events, we still did not receive the payment after 2 month of the concert tour eventually and “Azia event” is not fulfilling the contract facts and agreement.
For this reason, Jellyfish Entertainment and CJ E&M will take a strong legal action against the company to prevent this similar instance which hinders the progress of the K POP around Europe and giving disappointment to the Europe fans.
As fans are concerned, we promise that we will do our best to solve this problem and make a continuous contact to the promoter to make a progress of providing the VIP Photo.
It is true that Jellyfish Entertainment and CJ E&M also had a loss of value for money and major damage by this circumstance, but above all, we apologize for any inconvenience and anxiety this may cause.
We will make an effort to prevent such matters in the future.

After getting a response from Jellyfish Entertainment the case about Meet&Greet photos became quiet again.
Right now more than half a year passed and still nothing got solved nor there is any update about progress of the case between Jellyfish Entertainment and Azia Events.
From the beginning of this year ‘Koreon Polska’, a Polish organization promoting Korean Culture in Poland as also other European countries, tried multiple times to officially get in contact with Jellyfish Entertainment hoping to somehow resolve the problem with Meet&Greet photos from Europe, but they never got any reply from the agency.
In hopes to show Jellyfish Entertainment how important this matter is to fans and to demand release of the photos on their official site, Koreon started a petition which purpose is to gather as many signatures as possible and to publicize the matter. They aim to make this problem resolved so that fans will not be punished anymore for wrongdoings of other people, and that they will get their photos for which they paid for, from their own hard worked money.
